The 6-Week Cheer & Dance Flexibility Program is a guided at-home training series designed to safely improve your child’s flexibility, posture and body awareness — all with gentle, supportive coaching from Coach Bella.

Across six weeks, your athlete will complete three 20-minute stretch sessions per week, focusing on:

  • Splits progression (left, right & middle)

  • Hip + hamstring mobility

  • Back and shoulder flexibility

  • Safe range-of-motion training

  • Alignment + technique corrections

This program focuses on proper form over force, helping young athletes gain flexibility the healthy way — not just “pushing harder”.
