Flexibility is the foundation of clean technique.
The 6-Week Cheer & Dance Flexibility Program is a guided at-home training series designed to safely improve your child’s flexibility, posture and body awareness — all with gentle, supportive coaching from Coach Bella.
Across six weeks, your athlete will complete three 20-minute stretch sessions per week, focusing on:

Splits progression (left, right & middle)

Hip + hamstring mobility
 - 
Back and shoulder flexibility
 - 
Safe range-of-motion training
 - 
Alignment + technique corrections
 
This program focuses on proper form over force, helping young athletes gain flexibility the healthy way — not just “pushing harder”.
