About the Program

The 6-Week Challenge is an at-home training program designed for cheerleaders who want to build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Over 6 weeks, athletes will follow 3 guided 20 mins videos each week — combining warm-ups, stretches, and conditioning drills. With separate groups for intermediate and advanced levels, every cheerleader is supported and challenged at the right pace.

The program is fun, motivating, and flexible to fit around school and training schedules. Plus, participants join a private online community for weekly check-ins, encouragement, and the chance to win a $200 Girls & Co. Gift Card at the end of the challenge.
